Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for working with children? We are looking for dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team and support primary schools across Trafford. Responsibilities
* Provide support to teachers and pupils across a variety of subjects.
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to assist with learning and development.
* Support the classroom teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
* Encourage positive behaviour and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, assisting with the implementation of intervention strategies.
* Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
* Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching needs.
* A commitment to making a positive impact on students' academic progress and emotional well-being.
