CNC Miller Setter Operator / CNC Turner Setter OperatorLocation: BristolSalary: Up to £17 per hourJob Type: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established precision engineering company, specialising in high-spec metallic components for the aerospace industry, is currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Setting and operating 3/4/5 axis CNC milling machines (Heidenhain controls)
* Producing complex components from various materials to tight tolerances
* Meeting quality and production targets
* Attending daily production (SQDCP) meetings
* Supporting continuous improvement activities, including 5S and process optimisation
* Recording and reporting any quality or production issues (NRFT)
* Tool setting and offset adjustments
* Ensuring correct documentation and materials are used
* Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules
* Flexibility to support operations at another nearby site if needed
Working Hours:
* 37 hours per week
o Mon-Thu: 07:30 - 16:00
o Fri: 07:30 - 12:30
