What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business opportunities through proactive, sales-focused approaches
* Finding top talent by sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidates (you will be supported by a “resourcer” with access to numerous job boards)
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
This role is perfect for someone with strong sales experience who thrives on earnings high levels of commission and bonuses and delivering exceptional results for clients.
