Who we are looking for:
The Director of Professional Services provides leadership, vision, and growth strategy for the Application and Identity Governance Technical Community. Ensures high-quality, profitable service engagements that build a trusted advisor relationship with our clients. Manages key metrics for consulting (utilization, profitability, and revenue growth, customer satisfaction) for the Identity Governance organization.
Acts as the point of reporting for all individual contributors throughout the Professional Services organization. The Director of Professional Services is responsible for the care and development of the entire delivery team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop partnerships across other service and domain areas
* Manage a services team of over 10 members
* Focus on client satisfaction during service delivery
* Oversee engagement schedules and resource utilization
* Maintain key sales tools for Application and Identity Governance
* Develop and maintain vendor and partner relationships within Identity Governance
* Build relationships across Solution Areas, Practices, and Sales leadership. Mentor resources.
* Ensure the skills and capabilities of the delivery team to maximize quality and performance
* Train and prepare resources to meet customer expectations
* Handle personnel performance and escalations
* Improve and streamline product security service offerings
* Grow, develop, and retain team members
* Assist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunities
Qualifications:
* 10+ years in information security and/or professional services
* At least 8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management
* 5+ years of mentoring and managing professional services teams
* Understanding of consulting financial metrics
* Experience leading delivery projects with successful outcomes
* Deep knowledge of Application Governance, IAM, User Lifecycle Management, and Identity Data Management
* Experience with Pathlock, SailPoint, and Saviynt solutions
* Experience delivering services across industries
* Experience developing consulting offerings and marketing them
* Awareness of cybersecurity trends and threats
* Strong communication skills
* Desire to mentor and grow teams
* Experience in enterprise software or systems integration
* Client and partner communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience in consulting, planning, resource management, and implementation of IAM solutions.
