We are seeking a talented Business Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. Candidates should have a keen interest in Automotive Knowledge or have worked in similar business will have an advantage but full training will be provided.

* Excellent Communication Skills
* Dealing with customers front end confidently and dealing with enquiries
* Answering calls professionally
* Taking bookings via walk in and online booking system
* Generating invoices
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Photocopying
* Ordering stock when levels go below threshold.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and techniques in digital content creation.
* Understanding how social media works to boost reach is advantageous
* Keen to learn the business model
* Should have minimum grade 5-9 in English and Maths
