£12.39 per hour (plus £1 per hour weekend premium)*
Quarterly bonus and enhanced pay rates available and achievable
Start date: 19th May 2025 (3 weeks full-time paid training, Monday-Friday, times TBC)
Shifts: all 36 hours (with flex up hours)**
* Shift 1: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
* Shift 2: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
* Shift 3: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
Upon successful completion of your probation, there is a possibility to receive a performance-related quarterly bonus of up to 20%. Advisors meeting KPI targets may also earn enhanced pay.

A day in the life of our Advisors
You’ll be the friendly voice of NEXT, assisting customers with faulty goods, billing issues, and returns. You’ll handle calls, emails, live webchats, and use various systems. Confidence with computers is important. Your goal? Resolve customer queries effectively, taking ownership from start to finish.
Targets include contacts per hour and resolution quality. Your ability to customize conversations and genuinely help customers is key. Some calls may be challenging, but resilience and eagerness to assist will help you succeed.
How we support you
We offer three weeks of full-time paid training and ongoing coaching. No prior call centre experience? No problem. Transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or care roles are valuable here.

Additional Information
All successful applicants will undergo criminal & credit checks. You must not have had an unsuccessful application at NEXT for a similar role in the last 6 months. Evidence of right to work in the UK is required before employment. Sponsorship is unlikely due to Home Office requirements.
During peak periods (up to 20 weeks/year), an additional 4-hour paid shift per week may be required, scheduled in advance.
