Project Engineering Manager Lancashire | Permanent | Competitive Salary Role overview: Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver large-scale projects safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the link between site operations and Altrad’s engineering centres—driving performance, collaboration, and innovation while keeping health and safety front and centre. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects to agreed milestones Lead and support engineering teams to achieve high-quality results Manage stakeholders across supply chains and internal teams Control budgets, risks, and schedules to keep projects on track Champion HSE standards and a strong safety culture Key Requirements: Essential - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure/energy projects Knowledge of project delivery frameworks and tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Primavera P6, MS Project) Desirable - Project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP) Nuclear specific safety training (IOSH/NEBOSH) Please note, due to the project requirements, you would be expected to be able to commute to site 5 days a week.
