* Generating new business opportunities through multiple engagement methods.
* Leading initiatives to expand the company’s market presence across the UK and Europe.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships with both new and existing partners.
* Using market and competitor insight to identify leads and strategic development opportunities.
* Presenting tailored technical or operational solutions clearly and persuasively to clients.
* Accurately recording all client and project activity on the company CRM.
* Staying informed on market trends to help refine the service offering and maintain competitive advantage.
What you will need to Apply: You’ll ideally have experience in a solutions or project management role within a technical, engineering, or industrial environment. You bring a blend of commercial awareness, leadership capability, and strong organisational skills, along with a proven track record in delivering complex projects to high standards. A comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance is essential. You’ll also be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, communicating effectively across teams, and maintaining operational control over each stage of delivery. To thrive in this role, you’ll be a confident, adaptable professional who motivates others, thinks strategically, and solves problems with efficiency.
