Associate Account Manager

Salary & Hours
* Basic salary £25000–£32000 per year, subject to experience.
* Hours: 39.5 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm; Friday 8:00am–2:00pm.
* Holiday entitlement 28 days per annum.

Main Duties
* Support the sales team with general operations to achieve team objectives and meet own sales targets.
* Produce quotes and process a high volume of product orders.
* Takes orders via phone and email.
* Liaise with external companies to ensure smooth deliveries.
* Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
* Communicate internally important feedback from customers.
* Handle customer calls, queries and complaints.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a client‑facing setting.
* Excellent knowledge of modern IT systems and CRM use.
* Clear and effective communication.
* Team spirit.
* Self‑motivation.
* High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Results‑orientated.
Expected Outcomes
Full understanding of day‑to‑day operations at Brandfixx, build strong customer relationships, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service even under pressure.
About the Role
