Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day duties include diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues, performing scheduled servicing, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and working collaboratively with property managers to maintain high standards of building services.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in HVAC systems, maintenance, and installation
* Experience with Building Maintenance and Repair
* Understanding of Building Services and Facility Management (FM)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and efficiency
* Relevant certifications in air conditioning, HVAC, or refrigeration (e.g., F-Gas Certification)
* Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the London Area
