Role & Responsibilities:
• Product design and coordination of state-of-the-art cladding systems.
• Produce high quality 2D/3D detail drawings.
• Support the continuous improvement of system details, design processes and tools.
• Participate to design and programme workshops with multidisciplinary teams. Carry out site inspections.
• Promote best practice and coach younger designers.
• Manager RFI and change control processes.
• Engage with Clients, statutory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate drawing production from conception to manufacturing and installation.
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategic proposals for implementation.
Requirements & Skills:
• 5+ years of design experience in the cladding industry.
• High proficiency using CAD software, preferably including Revit and Inventor.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and construction.
• Understanding of building regulations and relevant standards.
• High IT affinity and proficiency using Microsoft Office.
• Proactive team member capable of mentoring younger professionals.
• Quality driven designer with passion for excellence and high attention to details.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communicator with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ambitious professional with willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English.
