Azets is an international business advisory group, with 9,000 local experts in 200+ locations across eight countries, backed by progressive technology. We are united by one clear purpose: to improve the lives of our clients, colleagues and communities, in a sustainable way.
Why This Role Exists
Azetsserves 100,000+ clients across the Nordics, UK, and Ireland. Our customer platform hosts multiple applications spanning accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory services. As the platform has grown, so has the cost of every team solving the same foundational problems independently.
We’rehiring a Platform Product Manager to own the shared layer: identity and IdP, access management, notifications, shared configuration and settings, integration infrastructure, and the common capabilities that every application team builds on. This is atechnically-orientedrole. Youwon’tship flashy features to end users. Instead, you’llbuild the foundations that let other teams ship faster, more consistently, and with less duplication. If you get this right, you’rea force multiplier for the entireorganisation.
What You’ll Own
* Product strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities: identity/IdP, access management, notifications, shared settings and configuration, common UI components, and integration infrastructure.
* Clear measures of platform success: adoption by product teams, time-to-integrate, reliability, and reduction in duplicated effort.
* The “internal customer” relationship with product and engineering teams building applications on the platform: understanding their pain points and earning their adoption.
What You’ll Do
* Treat other product teams as your customers: understand what slows them down, define platform value, and drive adoption through quality and usefulness, not mandates.
* Prioritiseplatform work across competing demands: new capabilities, hardening, migration support, and operational excellence.
* Work closely with engineering leads todefineplatform interfaces, API contracts, versioning, documentation standards, and rollout patterns.
* Drive decisions on what becomes a shared capability versus what stays within application teams. Get this boundary right and defend it.
* Build a platform roadmap that balances leverage (enabling many teams) with stability (reliability, security, observability).
* Create andmaintaina platformcatalogue so teamsknowwhat’savailable, how to use it, andwhat’scoming.
What Great Looks Like in 6–12 Months
* Multiple product teams have adopted core platform capabilities, particularly aroundaccess management and notifications.
* A clear platform catalogue withadoptionmetrics and a pragmatic governance model that teams find useful rather than burdensome.
* Meaningful reduction in duplicate implementations across the application portfolio.
* Engineering teams actively pull from the platform becauseit’sfaster than building their own, not becausethey’retold to.
What You Bring
Required
* 5+ years in product management withsignificant experiencein platform, infrastructure, or technical product roles or a product role where you built shared capabilities consumed by multiple teams.
* Strong technical acumen: you can read an API spec, discuss architecture trade-offs with senior engineers, and understand the difference between a good abstraction and a leaky one.
* Ability to translate technical complexity into crisp value propositions and clear trade-offs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience managing competing priorities from multiple internal stakeholders without losing strategic coherence.
* Fluent English. You’llcoordinate across Stockholm, London, and Nordic offices.
Nice to have
* Experience with identity/IdP systems, access management, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
* Background in API design, event-driven architecture, or integration platforms.
* Familiarity with platform governance models and internal developer experience practices.
* Experience in regulated domains (payroll, accounting, tax) where trust and compliance matter.
* Nordic language skills.

You’ll report to the Head of Product and work with a dedicated engineering squad and designer. Azets Software is a 40-person team building the platform that serves 170,000+ users across 7 countries. We operate with significant autonomy and a flat structure.
