Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Crewing Coordinator based onshore in Aberdeen. This has been released initially on a 6-9 month contract basis.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for utilisation and allocation of offshore personnel, in line with project requirements
* Responsible for administering mobilisation and demobilisation details to offshore personnel including travel and accommodation details
* Ensure that offshore personnel required certification is compliant and up-to-date in systems
* Ensure accuracy and approval of offshore personnel timesheets
* Administrative line management of offshore personnel; ensuring regular communication
* Administrative support of offshore personnel competency scheme
* Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting on utilisation and forecasting
* Liaison with third party personnel agencies
Specific Requirements:
* You need to be proactive professional who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced company.
* You will have experience crewing multi-disciplined vessel crews within an international business, and knowledge of IMR, Survey work scopes.
