Support Worker - Senior Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to supervise and support a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to service users. The role involves developing and implementing care plans, fostering a positive environment, and leading by example to inspire your team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide guidance, supervision, and leadership to support workers.
2. Ensure effective implementation of care plans and high standards of care.
3. Assess service users' needs and review their progress regularly.
4. Build strong, positive relationships with service users, promoting independence and involvement in decision-making.
5. Maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Support Worker.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships.
