* Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for the business
* Support gym teams with remote troubleshooting and training
* Reviewing, managing and taking action to resolve tickets raised through our HALO system
* Identify pain points and report to the Systems and Data manager along with any solutions
* Update basic knowledge articles and training materials for our gym & central teams
* Provide reporting and data for various departments within the central team
* Testing system issues and liaising with third party support teams to resolve
* Supporting department heads with recovery of monies owed
* Working reactively on ad-hoc Systems & Data related tasks as required by the Systems & Data Manager
