About The Role
We’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team! You should love talking to people over the phone and face‑to‑face as you’ll work in treatments as well as on our reception desk, with a desire for providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a successful Ocean Spa team.
Each week, Butlin’s welcomes thousands of guests looking for some me‑time while on holiday. You will form part of an amazing therapist team, dedicated to providing a great experience to our guests.
You should have a passion for professional standards with an eye for detail and take pride in the environment you work in. This role covers all aspects of our Ocean Spa – delivering our wide range of treatments from Thalgo and taking care of the wet spa experience, ensuring our guests are comfortable and cared for during their time with us.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a passion for high standards who thrives in a fast‑paced spa environment. You should enjoy working in a team and have a great ‘get stuck in’ attitude. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in beauty, massage, holistic therapy or equivalent and like variety in your day‑to‑day.
Our opening hours are 9 am–6 pm, or 10 am–7 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. This role typically covers 35 hours per week, and live‑in accommodation may be provided if relocating to the area.
