Title: IP Solicitor – Patent Litigation (4+ PQE)

The Position
We are seeking an IP Solicitor with a strong background in patent and broader IP litigation to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex disputes across a range of sectors, including cutting-edge technologies. * Advising clients on contentious IP matters, with a focus on patent litigation.
* Managing and progressing litigation before the UK courts
* Engaging with clients across a range of industries, including technology, engineering, and life sciences.
* Supporting strategic litigation planning, including UPC-related matters.
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ UK post-qualification experience
* Proven experience in both patent litigation and litigation involving other IP rights
* At least 2 years’ experience working with the UK Civil Procedure Rules.
* Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex legal and factual issues.
* Demonstrated interest or involvement in Unified Patent Court (UPC) litigation.
* A background in STEM (non-biological sciences preferred) would be beneficial but not essential
