Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Tenancy Management, LRG seeks a Tenancy Manager to join a dedicated and dynamic new team based in The Meadows, Camberley. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication.
* Ensure the non‑managed check‑out process is followed and communication is sent out within company process via the Depositary site.
* Work to ensure that all mandatory compliance / legislation is in place where landlords have requested, and that company processes have been followed.
* Book check‑out appointments and communicate the end‑of‑tenancy process with non‑managed landlords and tenants.
* Place calls to all non‑managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to vacation to ensure they understand the check‑out process and time frame.
* Handle non‑managed deposits that are part of the No Deposit Scheme.
* Work with team leaders, head of centres, and branch network to understand the reason for any lost units.
* Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
* Act as a consistent contact point for our non‑managed clients.
