About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and organised Learning Community & Communications Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting professional networks and enhancing engagement across our educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative functions for Learning Communities, including calendars, bookings, and resource updates
* Support day-to-day communication, including telephone and email enquiries
* Assist with report writing, research, and project management
* Support the digital strategy, ensuring effective use of digital tools
* Collate and manage key QA data for Trust reports
* Oversee website updates, social media, and promotional materials
* Provide on-site administrative support across schools in Cornwall, Devon, and Torbay
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in digital tools and software
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
