External Sales Manager – Power Transmission & Industrial Systems

Are you ready to take charge of a high-performing sales force and make your mark with one of the most respected names in global engineering? This is your chance to lead and inspire a 4-person external sales team driving growth in power transmission products, cable carrier systems, and advanced industrial solutions across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland.

Setting clear goals and driving your team to outperform.

Developing and executing strategies that open new doors in Energy, Food, Aggregae, Qaurrying, Mining, Renewables, and beyond.

Building lasting customer and partner relationships to secure long-term growth.

*

Managing KPIs, budgets, and performance to deliver maximum profitability.

*

Staying ahead of market trends and ensuring your team adapts with agility and innovation.

What you bring:

A proven leader with experience managing, motivating, and growing external sales teams.

*

Strong background selling engineered products – ideally in power transmission, bearings, or industrial cable carrier systems.

*

Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset and a hunter’s instinct for new business.

*

Engineering qualification (mechanical/electrical) with the technical credibility to win over engineers and decision-makers.

*
