Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Retrofit Assessors/Technical surveyors to work within domestic properties throughout the Northeast of England. Job description: * To produce a high-quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides. * Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding. * Prepare reports and make recommendations for cost effective ways to improve energy performance. * Carry out technical surveys on domestic boilers. * Liaise with assessors, customers and installers * Make recommendations based on assessment findings. Person specification: * Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment * PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation. * Must have a full UK driving license. * Ideally be Gas Safe registered and have experience working with gas appliances. * Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc). * Strong knowledge on technical surveys. * Good attention to detail. * Strong communication skills. * Flexible, positive approach to work. * Computer literate. * Must have or be willing to do a basic DBS check before starting employment
