Our clients range from school groups, development, and management training programmes and events.
We provide catering for both residential staff and customers which can be up to 450 guests per day.
Our aim is to provide well-balanced healthy meals using fresh local produce where possible and to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation paying attention to special diets and allergens and intolerances.
Main duties will include;
Food preparation including sandwiches, light meals & salads
Cooking of breakfast, lunch and dinners
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinners to customers and colleagues
General kitchen duties to include, washing up & cleaning duties.
Responsible for the cooking and presentation of daily menus.
Assisting the Catering Manager and Supervisors in the smooth running of the kitchen, being a team player, monitoring stock control, maintaining health and hygiene regulations.
Applicants must have level 1& 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent and it would be an advantage to hold a valid hygiene certificate. (Training can be provided if required)
April 2026 start subject to onboarding - DBS required This is a seasonal role but could lead to a permanent full time position.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week approx. some straight and split shifts 7am to 7pm
Breakfast shift 6.30 am to 11 am
Lunch shift 11 am to 3 pm
Dinner shift 3 pm to 7.30 pm
