Accounts Administrator, Newtownstewart
We are working with a successful local business to recruit for their new Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer orders
* Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other relevant information
* Complete the required paperwork when ordering stock
* Compare items received against items ordered
* Update stock information, compile daily reports and address any discrepancies
* Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
* General Administrative Duties
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Confident IT skills
* Excellent organisational, time management and high attention to detail skills
