The Role: An experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager is sought to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with strong tax compliance experience aiming for fast-track career advancement to equity partnership. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling client portfolios, and providing tax compliance and advisory services independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax filings for diverse clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Client Advisory: Offer tax planning guidance and advisory services; experience preferred but not essential.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development.
4. Client Management: Independently meet with clients to discuss their tax needs and solutions.
5. Billing & Profitability: Manage client invoicing and maintain firm profitability.
Qualifications & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with CTA qualification or in progress.
* Extensive experience in tax compliance; tax advisory experience is a plus.
* Background in accountancy; experience with RoI tax matters advantageous.
* Proven team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet clients independently and manage billing processes.
