Company Overview
UK Industrial Fusion Solutions (UKIFS) Ltd, a subsidiary of UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), leads the delivery of the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP) prototype fusion plant. UKIFS is establishing itself, setting up the company, attracting talent, engaging with industry, developing a supply chain, and planning and constructing the STEP prototype.
Role
The Technical Coordination Team is part of the STEP Programme providing technical support and coordination services to UKIFS work packages and projects. The role holder is a self‑driven autonomous individual able to thrive in a highly technical environment. The role includes acting as an advisor to project managers, lead engineers and project team members, specialising in document management processes and SharePoint deployment, and supporting project activities and Plant Information Management System (PIMS) training.

Qualifications
Essential:
* PIMS (3DX) super user
* Industry related qualifications or equivalent experience (HNC/Degree – ideally in STEM subject)
* Demonstrable experience supporting projects in a complex technical environment
* Expert in SharePoint deployment, build and configuration
* IT literacy, fluent in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
* Excellent technical report writing skills
* Excellent people, planning and organisational skills

Salary & Location
Salary: £32,577. Location: Culham, Oxfordshire. Onsite working expected for 3 days each week with flexibility to attend onsite meetings.
