Customer Order Specialist

We’re hiring a Customer Order Specialist to manage third-party customer applications and support demand processing within a fast-paced telecoms environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for non-Anchor Tenant customers, owning applications end-to-end, validating service order requests, managing quotes and POs, and working closely with internal teams to drive the fastest time to revenue.

* Produce clear status updates and progress reports
* Support continuous improvement of demand and order processes
* Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with scope, budget and SLAs
About you:
* Telecoms industry experience
* Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
* Confident working with data, Excel and MS Office
* Detail-focused, proactive and deadline-driven
* Experience with Evenflow / Omnix / Remedy is a plus
