Job Description
* Raise sales invoices and manage end-of-month invoicing.
* Create and maintain client profiles.
* Perform credit checks and monitor receipts.
* Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) lists.
* Raise purchase orders (POs) for revenue.
* Timesheet and data entry management.
* Support with general finance admin tasks.
* Use Ariba software (preferred but not essential).
* Excel - Advanced understanding with the ability to use pivot tables and formulate.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
* Previous experience in an similar role within the blue-collar / industrial and resources industry.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Bookkeeper level experience required.
* Proficiency in Excel, using pivot tables and creating formulas through excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience with CRM systems or similar software is advantageous.
