Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Administrative Assistant located in Norwich. The Finance Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative processes, handling billing processes and invoicing, providing administrative assistance, and supporting finance-related tasks. Day-to-day activities include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Processes and Administrative Assistance
* Experience with Billing Process and Invoicing
* Knowledge of Finance and financial record-keeping
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in a healthcare or care agency environment is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
