Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the classroom for various subjects and ensuring students complete the work set by the absent teacher.
* Managing classroom behaviour by following school policies to create a safe and productive learning environment.
* Highlighting learning objectives to the class and keeping students on task throughout the duration of the lesson.
* Collecting all completed work at the end of the period and returning it to the appropriate department.
* Reporting any issues or successes to the schools leadership team to ensure continuity in student learning.
