Support worker wanted for a residential home in Abergavenny and surrounding areas, providing high quality care for individuals with differing disabilities and challenging behaviours. We have a wide range of opportunities in multiple locations, so the further you can travel the better! Shifts are flexible to work around you, with regular availability check-in’s to find suitable shifts for you! We are looking for individuals who love caring for others and have the ability to create a warm, calming environment.
The role includes;
· Support with the staff and general running of the setting
· Administering medication
· Providing personal care
· Care for individuals with disabilities
· Day shifts and waking night shifts

Applicants should be trained and have at least six months experience working in the care sector. Must be signed up with Social Care Wales. Drivers required.
