Join a Leading IT Solutions Provider as a 3rd Line Support Engineer!
Location: Horsham (Must be a driver with your own transport)Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

About the Role:As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, ensuring smooth IT operations, and helping to drive their continued success.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle queries via phone, email, and callbacks.
* Provide remote support using RMM systems and address alerts proactively.
* Visit client sites across the South-East and London for hands-on support.
* Log and manage tickets in AutoTask, keeping clients informed.
* Monitor and maintain backup systems and assist with configurations.
* Identify and share sales opportunities with the Account Management team.
* Propose and implement service improvements to elevate client satisfaction.
* Prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining accurate documentation.
* Deliver projects, installations, and escalations while developing your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced 3rd Line within MSP
* Independent worker with strong organisational skills.
* Calm and professional communicator, even under pressure.
* Respectful of confidentiality and sensitive client information.
* Detail-oriented problem solver with sound decision-making skills.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Technically proficient with a passion for IT and innovation.
