We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to take full responsibility for the financial management and accounting operations for a business based in Coventry. This is a standalone role with no direct staff management, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial control, reporting, tax compliance (including CIS), payroll, cash flow management, book keeping and financial planning within a fast-paced construction environment.
