SEN Teaching Assistant - Bury (1:1 Role)
Location: Bury
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: Immediate - Long Term
A welcoming Bury primary school is seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 3 with ASD. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, ensuring the child has access to the curriculum and feels included in all aspects of school life.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 child with ASD in a primary school setting.
* Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to plan and deliver tailored support.
* Support the child to access the curriculum and participate in all aspects of school life.
Requirements
* Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD desirable).
* Patient, adaptable and resilient.
* Commitment to inclusive education.
