The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organised Marketing Executive to help bring our brand to life across influencer marketing, PR, retail outreach, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role will be a key support for our small but mighty team – helping us scale campaigns, maintain momentum across key channels, and ensure no ball gets dropped.
You’ll have a sharp eye for detail, a love of great creative, and the drive to help build a premium, joyful brand that makes a meaningful difference. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on getting stuck in and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
* Help grow and nurture our amazing global community of brand ambassadors – building genuine relationships with creators who love what we do
* Manage the outreach and onboarding process for new ambassadors, ensuring every interaction feels personal and on-brand
* Coordinate product gifting, follow-ups, and ongoing communication to keep connections strong
* Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and support reporting on campaign performance and reach
Press & PR
* Keep a tidy, up-to-date list of relevant press contacts and proactively identify outreach opportunities
* Help prepare press packs and seasonal mailers, including asset gathering and copy support
* Maintain a structured, easy-to-access press folder with relevant creative assets and brand information
Paid Social Asset Coordination
* Organise the delivery of paid social creatives to our digital marketing agency
* Ensure creative assets are correctly filed, tagged, and added to the asset tracker
* Support in increasing creative testing velocity by keeping asset management systems well organised
Content Support & Video Editing
* Use basic video editing tools to crop and caption short-form videos for organic and paid social channels
* Help maintain an organised video content folder system for easy access and reuse
Retail Marketing Support
* Assist our Wholesale Manager with outreach to potential new stockists in key regions
* Help identify relevant potential stockists, and support in the sending and tracking of product samples.
* Support our retailer CRM initiatives in Faire and Klaviyo, from campaign setup to segment maintenance and scheduling, to ensure timely and relevant comms.
Campaign & Creative Ops
* Help prep products for campaign shoots (e.g. cleaning, packing, managing sample inventory)
* Keep shoot calendars and checklists up-to-date in coordination with the wider team
* Jump in on other campaign-related tasks as needed to help launches go smoothly
About You
* Some demonstrated hands-on professional experience, ideally in a marketing or start-up environment
* Proactive, organised, and reliable – you naturally spot what needs doing and love getting stuck in
* Good communicator – able to express ideas clearly, verbally and through written comms
* Comfortable using spreadsheets, project trackers, and basic editing tools like CapCut, Canva
* You’re a strong collaborator and deeply curious: keen to learn and contribute across teams.
* Bonus points for a love of stationery, or an interest in sustainability.

Role Location
2–3 days per week in either our Ringwood, Hampshire 'Shop' location.
