Nova Talent is partnering with a world‑leading provider of Communication Solutions to recruit a Business Development Coordinator for the Business Development Team, primarily based in Market Deeping with a hybrid working arrangement. The role supports the Business Development Manager by coordinating regional activities, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely customer communication.
Responsibilities
* Manage a designated geographic region in partnership with the BDM.
* Receive leads from the BDM; no cold‑calling or lead generation required.
* Coordinate business‑development support activities, meet deadlines, and prepare quotations.
* Ensure follow‑up and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the quotation process.
* Accurately account for currency fluctuations, pricing, and margin impacts when preparing quotes.
* Obtain required stakeholder approval for pricing strategies and ensure all approvals are documented before issuing quotations.
* Produce all supporting documentation for quotations and bids.
* Log and review customer orders to confirm delivery of agreed terms.
* Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and deliver a positive customer experience.
* Compile and report Business Development Team KPIs for the assigned region.
Qualifications
* Experience in BD, supply chain, or programme management in high‑pressure environments.
* Demonstrated customer relationship‑building skills.
* IT‑literate: intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SharePoint proficiency.
* Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
* Excellent time‑management abilities.
* Professional approach to work, customers, and colleagues.
* Ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
* Capability to develop solutions for complex, recurring problems.
* Natural multitasker.
