What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who are:
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care
Confident communicators with a professional, adaptable approach
Calm under pressure, especially in fast-paced or complex care environments
Proactive team players with a strong work ethic
For HCAs: 6+ months of recent experience in a care or support setting
For Nurses: Current and valid NMC registration (UK PIN)
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
