What Your Mission Looks Like
* Build and lead an all‑star sales team in London – hire, mentor and unleash potential to dominate the UK hotel tech market.
* Own the team’s pipeline, forecast with confidence and steer the winning strategy.
* Coach each rep to become a top performer using performance data and actionable insights.
* Plan and execute high‑impact events – trade shows, partner meet‑ups – to make SiteMinder the talk of the town.
* Track and communicate key metrics and results to stakeholders.
What Makes You The Perfect Leader
* Proven experience building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
* Ability to motivate and manage remote teams across multiple countries.
* Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data‑driven insight generation.
