Project management, from research to implementation, exploring the possible with a can do attitude. Using data to identify solutions/initiatives which inform the development of plans/strategies. Providing strategic advice in respect of policies, people implications, legislative changes and government initiatives. About You We re looking for someone who s innovative and progressive in their thinking, to drive forward our people objectives. You ll have experience of managing staff and delivering projects, with the ability to work independently and with stakeholders/partners, being ambitious for the service, encouraging innovation and challenge to drive forward change. An up-to-date knowledge of employment law is key, as are project management and IT skills. A HR qualification at CIPD Level 5 or above and extensive experience is required.
