Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a key leadership position within our team. You’ll take ownership of transactional finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes.

Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day transactional finance activity, including Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with internal policies
* Manage, mentor, and support a small finance team
* Produce and review timely, accurate financial reports
* Work collaboratively across the business to improve processes and efficiency
* Monitor cash flow and contribute to forecasting and planning
* Investigate discrepancies and ensure accounts are reconciled effectively
* Drive improvements across finance operations and systems
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Transactional Finance Manager (or similar) role
* Strong background across AP/AR and financial operations
* Good understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance
* Confident user of finance systems and tools
* Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate others
