To My Ships is a London-based personal care brand grounded in the belief that the everyday can be elevated through restraint, intelligence, and care. Our range spans deodorant, body cleansers, and fine fragrance, each formulated with high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and designed within a refillable system.
Since launching in September 2024, we have built a considered presence across digital or online and wholesale channels. The next phase of our growth is deliberate and expansive, extending our reach while maintaining the clarity and integrity that define the brand.
This role sits at the centre of that ambition.
Role Description
This is a cross-functional growth role supporting the Head of Growth across marketing, wholesale, and digital or online channels, with exposure to every lever that drives the business forward.
Where the Head of Growth sets direction, you will help bringing it to life, coordinating campaigns, supporting key retail partners, contributing to digital trading, and ensuring the brand shows up consistently and thoughtfully across every touchpoint.
It is a role for someone who wants to understand how a modern brand grows in practice, not in theory. You will see how decisions are made, how channels connect, and how execution translates into commercial performance.
There is no clean division here between brand and commercial, only the expectation that both are held in balance.
* Work closely with the Head of Growth to shape and execute the marketing and trading calendar across D2C, owned channels, and wholesale
* Support campaign rollouts and product launches, tracking performance across sell-in, sell-through, and digital metrics and translating data into clear actions
* Track performance across all channels and translate data into clear actions
Marketing & Brand Execution
* Drive campaign delivery across social, digital, PR, and retail environments
* Coordinate content production, including briefing, shoot logistics, and asset management across channels
* Act as day-to-day liaison with external partners, keeping briefs clear and output on track
* Track press and media coverage and identify opportunities to extend brand presence
* Take ownership of brand events, press moments, and community activations, from preparation through to on-the-ground execution
Wholesale & Trade
* Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesale partners, acting as a reliable point of contact from onboarding through ongoing account management
* Oversee reorders, stock levels, and product availability, keeping partners well-stocked and well-briefed
* Build and maintain trade marketing materials, launch toolkits, and in-store execution across retail environments
* Lead retail activations, window displays, and in-store moments in partnership with the Head of Growth
* Identify opportunities across the wholesale network for activations, collaborations, and new stockist relationships
* Track sell-through data and maintain partner records, driving actions that improve account performance
Who you are
* 2 to 4 years’ experience in marketing, trade, or growth within a consumer brand
* Interested in the mechanics of growth and how brand, marketing, and commercial performance connect
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership
* Commercially aware, with an appreciation for both brand building and performance
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
* Eligible to work in the UK
Nice to have
* Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
* Experience working with wholesale partners or retail environments
* Previous experience in a start-up or early-stage brand
