* Technical Escalation: Act as an escalation point for technical issues and project challenges.
* Project Delivery: Support projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning to execution and completion.
* Client Engagement: Work directly with clients - building relationships, understanding needs, and ensuring project satisfaction.
* Process & Quality: Manage and improve project processes, documentation, and quality standards.
* Team Collaboration: Support and mentor engineers, bridging the gap between technical delivery and leadership.
