Position: KS1 Class Teacher
Location: Grays
Salary Scale: £125-£240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800 per year), depending on experience and qualifications
Contract Type: Full-time (part-time available)
Start date: September (or earlier if available)
Key Responsibilities:
* Create Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver creative and interactive lessons tailored to KS1 students' needs.
* Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and a love for learning.
* Individualised Support: Provide personalized support to meet each child's unique learning needs.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow educators to create a cohesive teaching team.
* Parental Engagement: Establish open communication with parents to foster strong partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1.
* Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative and innovative teaching approach.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies for inclusivity.
