They are now seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Service Department within one of their key dealerships. The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the Service Department, ensuring volume and profit targets are consistently achieved. You will proactively seek ways to innovate, enhance productivity, and improve customer and employee experience.
Working closely with your team, you will review performance regularly, identify development opportunities, and implement strategies to drive results. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate, inspire, and support others.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop the Service Department
* Drive performance to achieve both volume and profit targets
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Review team performance and implement action plans
* Motivate and support staff in a busy, customer‑focused environment
* Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager
* A proven track record in team leadership
* Strong communication and motivational skills
* A positive, enthusiastic approach with genuine self‑motivation
* The ability to thrive in a fast‑moving automotive environment
