ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1. A minimum of 6 months paid, professional UK experience within a nursing home, residential or supported living setting, within the last 3 years.
2. To be registered or willing to register with NISCC.
3. To complete an Access NI check.
4. Have the Right to Work in the UK.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
1. NVQ Level 2 and upwards in Health Social Care.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
1. Caring for the elderly and individuals with dementia and/or challenging behaviour.
2. Observing and monitoring resident’s health and wellbeing.
3. Providing a high level of personal care to all patients; including toileting, washing and assisting residents with eating and drinking.
4. Maintaining resident’s privacy and dignity.
5. Working as part of a busy team.
