You will care for our young people daily, ensuring routines are followed, assisting with homework, paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends involve fun activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings like go-karting. Your role is vital and rewarding, helping guide each young person towards a positive future.

* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins per month paid at £80 each (approx. £3,840/year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance
