Job Description Registered Home Manager – Dual Site | Up to £38,000 | Learning Disabilities, Autism & Mental Health Make a lasting difference, every single day. Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead two small, person-centred residential homes supporting adults with complex behavioural needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. With a total of 8 residents across both settings, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape a supportive and inclusive environment — one where people are empowered to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. This dual-site role offers a balance of challenge and reward, ideal for a confident leader who thrives on building strong teams, maintaining outstanding care standards, and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Need: Experience as a Registered Home Manager, ideally within similar services (LD, autism, complex mental health) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care A strong understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding responsibilities Exceptional communication and team leadership skills A calm, solutions-focused approach to managing behaviours of concern A commitment to inclusion, equality, and empowering both staff and residents Why Join This Service?
