What you'll be doing:
* Answering phones and taking messages for recruitment consultants
* Chasing timesheets and PO numbers, filing important documents
* Checking shifts are recorded correctly
* Supporting the resourcing team with candidate calls, references, and document checks
* Keeping our job board updated with vacancies
* Helping the sales team by sending out quotes and account packs
What we're looking for
* Confident using a computer, Word, and Outlook
* Friendly, professional communication skills
