What Youll Be Doing
* Leading procurement for a variety of goods, services and capital projects
* Supporting the development and implementation of procurement policies and strategy
* Advising and training internal teams on procurement processes
* Managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving value
* Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards
* Overseeing and mentoring other procurement team members
* Contributing to tender processes and contract reviews
What Were Looking For
* Strong background in procurement and supplier management
* Experience in leading on policy implementation and strategic procurement initiatives
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in procurement
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Confident managing projects and mentoring others
* CIPS qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential)
