Experience needed for the role: * You will be an experienced Estimator within the construction industry * You will have worked for either an established sub or main contractor on new build schemes * Self-directed and highly-motivated * Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment * Able to work as part of a team Duties * Estimating and understanding how to incorporate contingencies into the price * Prepare Bills of Quantities * Exposure and experience in roofing and brickwork packages * Identifying scope changes * Contract Correspondence * Experience of pricing projects with minimal supervision or guidance * Estimating skills with good IT ability and presentation On offer * Very competitive base salary * Yearly Bonus * Pension Scheme * Continued career progression within the business...
