Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Handle scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for team members
* Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Previous clerical experience will be beneficial
